‘Make Me’ Debut in Billboard Hot 100’s Top 20

Britney’s latest single Make Me debuted at No. 17 on the Billboard’s Hot 100 chart! It also debuted at No. 3 on Digital Songs (96,000 sold), while nearing Streaming Songs (5.3 million domestic streams) and Radio Songs (20 million in audience). On Pop Songs, the cut climbs 31-24 in its second week.

“Make Me” is Brit’s 34th Hot 100 entry and ties her introductory smash “…Baby One More Time” (No. 17, 1998) for her sixth-highest debut. Her five best beginners, by rank: “Hold It Against Me” (No. 1, 2011); “3” (No. 1, 2009); “Circus” (No. 3, 2008); “Work B**ch!” (No. 12, 2013); and “Scream & Shout,” with will.i.am (No. 12, 2012). Spears has scored 13 Hot 100 top 10s, including five No. 1s.

She last charted on the Hot 100 last year with the No. 29-peaking “Pretty Girls,” with Iggy Azalea and she last ranked higher than No. 17 with 2013’s No. 12-debuting and -peaking “Work B**ch!,” the lead single from her last album, Britney Jean.
